At First Title, diversity includes, but is not limited to, experience, skills, tenure, age, geographical expertise, professional background, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation.

When identifying suitable candidates for appointment or re-election to the Board, the Company will consider candidates on merit against objective criteria having due regard to the benefits of diversity and the needs of the Board.

The Board is also committed to ensuring the development of diversity in senior leadership and management level roles, and supports internal initiatives such as our Leadership Development Programmes currently held in conjunction with Roffey Park.
